Painting, simple art projects, creative expression, hands-on experiences, and sensory exploration. Not to produce a masterpiece, but to enjoy the process, explore new perspectives, and express yourself in ways that words sometimes cannot.

Thoughtful questions, shared experiences, genuine listening, and conversations that go beyond everyday small talk. Sharing is always an invitation, never an obligation.

Personal reflection, self-awareness, intention, and opportunities to consider what truly matters in your life. There is room for personal spirituality and meaning, with respect for every woman's beliefs and individual journey. No particular faith or spiritual practice is required.

Selected gatherings may invite us outdoors, where natural surroundings become part of the experience. A quiet moment in a garden, observing our surroundings, or creating something inspired by nature can offer a different way to pause and connect. Nature-based experiences are occasional and announced in advance.

WHY ONLY 10 WOMEN?

Sunrise Circle is intentionally designed around small, closed groups of up to ten women. Rather than welcoming a constantly changing crowd, our regular gatherings bring familiar faces together over time.
This creates room for trust, authentic conversation, shared experiences, and a growing sense of belonging. You are not simply attending a monthly event. You are becoming part of a circle.

HOW OUR CIRCLES WORK

Four monthly gatherings
Our regular gatherings combine personal reflection, purposeful experiences, and meaningful connection. Each month has its own theme and activities.
An Integration Happy Hour
After four regular gatherings, we come together for a different kind of experience: a Happy Hour to reconnect, celebrate the journey, and welcome the next chapter. Members may invite one friend to the Integration Happy Hour, subject to RSVP, capacity, and event arrangements.

Our private community connection continues throughout the month through reflections, prompts, conversations, and shared moments.

Meet Rose & Nina
Two women. One shared intention.
Spiritual coach and facilitator focused on self-love, self-knowledge and spirituality. Through her own experiences, reflections and ongoing personal journey, Rose encourages women to build a healthier relationship with themselves and approach life with greater awareness.
Rose Tudisco
Spiritual coach and mentor with a background in psychology and physiotherapy. Nina’s work brings together self-awareness, emotional patterns, spirituality and reflection to help women reconnect with themselves and live with greater intention.
Nina Costa
We believe meaningful connection deserves time, attention, and a space where women can show up as they are.
Through reflection, creativity, and thoughtfully planned experiences, our intention is to bring women together in a way that feels welcoming, genuine, and purposeful.

Do I need to attend every monthly gathering?

No. Life happens. Your membership continues to give you access to the community, with reflections and member benefits between gatherings. We encourage you to participate whenever you can.
What does online support include?

Members can connect with Nina and Rose through the private community for guidance and support during designated business hours. This is not a 24/7 or emergency support service.
Are special events included in the membership?

Some experiences are included, while certain special events may have an additional cost. Members receive exclusive pricing or discounts when applicable.
Can I cancel my membership?

Is Sunrise Circle a therapy or religious group?
